Archiving Policy

Digital Archiving Policy

The Journal of Intelligent Systems Technology and Informatics (JISTICS) is strictly committed to ensuring the permanent accessibility and long-term preservation of its scholarly record. Safeguarding published work for future generations is a fundamental part of our mission.

To achieve this, JISTICS utilizes the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN). This system is built upon the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) program, which creates a distributed archiving system among participating libraries. This decentralized approach ensures that a permanent and secure archive of the journal's content is maintained, protecting it against data loss, system failures, or any unforeseen circumstances.

Furthermore, JISTICS ensures that all published articles are permanently available to the global scholarly community and encourages authors to self-archive their accepted manuscripts in institutional repositories.
